Yes, but the depression of denial is so much less *work* than feeling painful truths ;) Just another twist on 'Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death...'

That sounds true enough. Denial may be convenient, but too much like running on the spot, when in fact there is no time to be depressed if you have good honest 'work' to get on with. Anyway, i have a suspicion that Death  has a rather undeserved reputation, so give me Death any time - that nice warm bed at the end of a busy day.
