I have a blog about the revolution of consciousness, about the great evolutionary shift taking place in the world right now. I just updated it with a new piece about my recent experiences with what I call Following Life, actively following everything that comes to awareness as a way of awakening and personal transformation. I have come to believe that this is key to transforming the world. It is about becoming the change and then seeing the world transformed around us.
