- I'm a singer-songwriter of music on the cusp of pop, rock & folk and an intermittent blogger (see below) and media activist. I earn a living by teaching English to pre-sessional students at Birmingham University. I am an urban dark mountaineer, searching for a sense of connection and new myths relevant to our times.

- I'm intrigued by the zeitgeist-capturing conversation that Dark Mountain provokes, excited at the potential role of art and story-telling in effecting social change and keen to get involved & explore these issues.
