Meetup Theme

At the November meetup we were discussing what we might actually do at the meetups, other than drink coffee and chat.

One idea was to theme it, e.g. we could have someone give a short talk/presentation on a subject that'd set discussion going.

I'm interested in some kind of writing group/workshop type thing if anyone else is up for it.

Also, thinking ahead a little way, there was an idea to put on an event prior to Unciv 2012. I quite like the idea of trying to do something at the Off The Shelf festival here in Sheffield next year too.

There was probably other stuff, but I forget what exactly...

Any thoughts?
